Your areas of responsibilities:
Design Development works closely with Design and our Production facility in Thailand to develop our jewelry from sketch to a beautiful finished sample. You will be working within a creative and passionate team who are dedicated to delivering magnificent products within tight timelines. We need a Student Assistant to help support the team in the day-to-day running of the department in both admin and physical sample management.

In this position you will definitely shape the future of your position and you can expect to elevate the following job assignments:
- Team admin support
- Assisting in product sample management (store, remove and organize samples)
- System updates and tracking for new products under development
- Updating our assortment wall chart
- Assisting with weekly sample shipments
- Organizing and updating displays of past and new developed designs for internal reference
- Ad hoc tasks

Additional information:
It is a prerequisite that you are still a student and have at least one year left in your studies. Working hours per week: on average 20; less around exams and more when possible and required.
