About the Role
To assist in developing and implementing bespoke strategies for our clients by:
- Developing work products and presentations
- Assisting in the delivery of Organization Restructuring, Process Optimization, Job Profiling, Job Grading & Rewards, Employee Assessments, HR Audits, etc.
- Taking initiative in organizational development programs and providing advice on policies and best practices
- Conducting research and using analytics to pinpoint strengths and weaknesses of clients with the objective of proposing improvements.
About You
Ideal candidates would have the following:
- Excellent knowledge of human resources in general
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- An SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or PMP credential is a plus
- At least 5 years of experience in a consulting environment
- Proficient in documentation management and report preparation.
- Proficient in using Microsoft applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Detailed-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize projects and respect deadlines
- Communication skills both in Arabic and English
- Valid driver's licenses; transferable residency if non-Kuwaiti national
