As a Technical Support Specialist, your main task will be to reinforce a secure and optimized experience for all Scalepoint employees. You will deliver fast and qualified support, contribute to improving our processes and procedures, and focus on enabling a best-in-class workplace.

What kind of talent are you?
- You have around 3 year experience in technical support and/or infrastructure operations.
- Experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
- Experience with MacOS is a plus.
- Familiar with Windows Services, Modern Workplace, Autopilot, Intune, and Access Management.
- You are structured and like to get things done.
- You are a team player and have a helpful attitude.
- Curious about learning more and develop own competences
- Good communicator in both Danish and English.
What to dive into
You are ambitious and have a head full of good ideas. As part of the team, you will dive into the following tasks:
Providing fast and qualified support:
You will play an active, hands-on role in the execution of the daily operations and internal It-support. This will, e.g., cover answering phone calls and responding to tickets and e-mails from employees and suppliers/partners. One of your main tasks will be to ensure that all incidents related to our digital services are handled quickly, correctly, and with high customer satisfaction.
Enabling an efficient digital workplace:
Our job is to enable high-quality productivity- and collaboration tools across Scalepoint. With the two other team members, you will help secure that our platforms and tooling are efficient and always up to date. Our service hub is based in Copenhagen, and as such we provide our services from here to Poland, Austria & Denmark, which is why well-tested solutions and quality is a focus.
When you start at Scalepoint, you will get the support and sparring you need. You will be assigned to a buddy from your new team who will support and help you with your training and onboarding to Scalepoint. That way, you will get an excellent introduction to your tasks, culture, and other colleagues. For the right candidate, this position offers great opportunities for learning and development.
