What you’ll do:


  • Manage and Develop Key-Account Brand-Label (OEM) customers within EMEA, Electrical
  • Develop and sustain excellent relationships with Key-Account Brand-Label customers at all organizational levels and act as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams
  • Achieve turnover and price development of customers according profit plan
  • Coordination and align strategies between customers and internal Divisions and Product-Lines
  • Achieve growths by identifying and developing opportunities at customers
  • Coordinate product modifications and developments with customers and Product-Lines
  • Negotiate and manage customer contracts, algin sales and purchasing agreements with strategic partners and internal teams
  • Coordinate forecast planning with customers and internal teams according SIOP

Qualifications:


  • Degree or equivalent in a business management/engineering discipline
  • 3 years in business management, engineering, product management and/or sales with direct customer contact


Skills:


  • Good technical knowledge especially in electrical engineering preferable
  • Sales and/or customer service "
  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • German and English language
  • Experienced in MS office and other software tools as SAP, OBIEE, etc.
  • Work well within a team environment and being able to plan and execute own work initiatives
