Your profile
- Commercial academy (HAK, FH or University) and a comprehensive understanding of business administration
- Relevant professional experience in the area of export management
- English is company language, excellent French an advantage
- Proficient in SAP & MS Office
- Analytical and accuracy of working style
- Customer-service oriented
- Business acumen
- Cross-cultural competences
- Team player, communication skills, resilience
Your tasks
- Sales documentation, order processing (invoicing, logistic, contracts)
- Preparation of export documents in compliance with customs and foreign trade regulations
- Coordinate shipping and delivery
- Handle customer inquiries and issues
- Monitoring of on-time delivery of orders
- Payment monitoring
- Complaints processing
- Support of customers, suppliers, representatives and agents
