Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the operational activities of pumping operation (Dewatering/Slurry) at each location to run according to the plans and targets that have been set.
Give direction/briefing at the beginning of each shift ( P5M ).
Induction to new employees or guests.
Ensure the work is carried out per work standards (SOP & JSA).
Ensure equipment, safety equipment, and precautions are in need already available.
Inspect all aspects of safety in the work environment.
Supervise all crew activities.
Ensure the achievement of production and quality according to the target/plan.
Ensure adequate facilities and infrastructure as well as adequate environmental conditions safe enough for the crew to be working
Create work reports and documentation
Job Requirements
Vocational High School or Associate Degree (D3), preferably majoring in Mechanical Engineering or related major.
Min. 3 years’ experiences as Lead Operator (Group Leader) for Dewatering/Slurry Pump
Broad experience and proven skills in the pump industry is a must.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Good reporting skill
Willing to be located at Tanjung, Tabalong, Kalimantan Selatan.
