Capital Brand Technologies is a leading digital marketing agency looking for an experienced WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 - 4 years of experience in WordPress development and be able to work on development projects.
Responsibilities:
- Develop custom WordPress websites and themes.
- Customize and maintain existing WordPress sites.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing websites.
- Troubleshoot and debug WordPress issues.
- Implement security and performance optimizations for WordPress sites.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development or related field.
- At least 3-4 years of experience in WordPress development.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress, including custom theme and plugin development.
- Experience with PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery.
- Familiarity with MySQL database design and management.
- Understanding of responsive design principles.
- Ability to work with version control systems, such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with popular WordPress page builders, such as Elementor or Divi.
- Experience with WooCommerce.
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors, such as SASS or LESS.
- Knowledge of SEO and accessibility best practices.
- Experience with web hosting environments and server management.
