This is a one year internship role supporting the Equity Trading team in Asia
Key Responsibilities
- Price equity structured products client requests
- Remark equity volatilities, dividends and repos
- Run ad-hoc risk reports to better understand our positions
- Develop tools to automate repetitive tasks
- Collect market information and generate reports to help trader decision making
- Create and run reports to analyse sales / client activity
- Assist in the automation of standard products: market data, pricing, documentation, booking
- Assist in desk P&L analysis
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge & Skills
- Degree holder in Business, Finance, Engineering or related disciplines
- Strong coding skills required (Python, VBA, JavaScript)
- Previous relevant experience with a strong banking background
- Good knowledge in equity structured and derivatives products
- Excellent interpersonal skills and highly motivated
- Possess excellent communications and presentation skills
- Team work
- Strong attention to detail
- Is able to work in a high pressure environment
