Finance Operations Specialist (Home-based Philippines) [Philippines]


 

Tripaneer is looking for a full-time home-based independent contractor who is based in the Philippines, and who can provide Finance Operation Specialist services.

Responsibilities:

  • In charge of manual billing, collection and ensuring correct automated invoice creation, payouts / refunds
  • Answer related Organizer inquiries and follow-up as needed in order to achieve satisfaction related to accounts payable services
  • You will suggest scalable solutions to improve and streamline our accounting processes
  • You will also be responsible for cross functional communication with the Customer Service and Account Management teams when required.

Job requirements

  • A Bachelor's Degree, in any field
  • 0-2 years of experience in accounting or similar field
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Excellent computer skills (e.g. Excel, Google Suite)
  • Work attitude with focus for high accuracy and precision is a must
  • Ability to stay focused while working on large tasks, while retaining close attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, be proactive and use your own initiative
  • Ability to work EU time zone schedule (e.g. 14:00 - 23:00 GMT+8)
  • Proper registration as an independent contractor in your country of main residence from where you will be delivering the services is a hard requirement
  • Availability to work during the following schedule: 14:00 pm to 23:00 pm Philippines time (with one hour break)
