  • Supervises clerical and administrative personnel by communicating job expectations, appraising job results, and disciplining employees.
  • Sets policies and procedures for training, coaching, counseling, and career development for staff.
  • Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve operations and function of the department.
  • Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems and devising ways to streamline processes.
  • Assessing staff performance and provide coaching and guidance to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operations

Requirements and Skills

  • Proven experience on the same field
  • In-depth understanding of office managementprocedures and departmental and legal policies
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • A team player with leadership skills
