About the team


The Midmarket and Partner Marketing Team supports LAC’s marketing priorities in generating demand for prospect, customer, and partner programs, such as digital events, campaigns, social media programs etc.


As a Young Professional, you will assist in the marketing planning and campaign execution for various marketing, partner and communications activities across the Region. This will entail the development and support of marketing campaigns, newsletters, campaign reporting, calendar development, results analysis and ongoing visibility into campaign tactic milestones.


What you will do


Position title: Midmarket and Partner Marketing Young Professional

Location: Peru – Hybrid work set-up (Remote and office when required)

Duration: Temporary up to 1 year


  • Assist with the development & execution of integrated campaigns, and creating and maintaining of reporting and analysis of marketing tactic results
  • Support special projects.
  • Identify relevant assets for planned marketing campaigns
  • Create, develop and update calendars for promotion, content, postings, etc.
  • Help on the creation of the weekly PE newsletter
  • Maintaining calendar(s) of marketing activities and partner trainings
  • Assisting with the planning and delivery of customer and partner events e.g. webinars, virtual workshops
  • Assisting the team with lead management efforts
  • Coordinating with 3rd party vendors to provide specific products/services
  • Editing and reviewing communications materials for internal and/or external audiences


What you bring


Education:


  • Must be a recent Graduate of a bachelor’s degree
  • Preferred fields of study: Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering


Requirements and Experience:


  • Native proficiency Spanish and Professional working proficiency English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Power Point and Excel and ability to quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to articulate messages clearly and net out key points.
  • Experience using video communication platforms e.g., Zoom, MS Teams.
  • Knowledge in digital content creation (JAM sites, web pages, multimedia skills).
  • Project management and organizational skills, preferably in marketing competency.
  • Understanding of Marketing functions and processes.
  • Team player yet independent worker who takes initiatives, meets strict deadlines and able to multi-task.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, proactive, deadline-oriented.
