About the Role
You will beresponsible for making sure that local government owned assets and facilities are in tip top shape! . In this role you will:
- Take on maintenance activities and the planning of preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, reactive repairs, calibrations
- Complete all related paperwork as necessary in a timely manner e.g. timesheets, purchase orders, job dockets, minor estimates, technical reports
The position will require participation in the site “on call” roster or undertaking approved overtime to satisfy service requirements.
About You
To be considered for this role:
- You will ideally need to be a fully registered and licensed plumber, but we also will consider those with a limited license or those that are studying towards their licensing or finishing their apprenticeship & waiting on their registration)
- Knowledge of plumbing and drainage materials and methods, building and safety standards, and drainage.
