Job Description: We are looking for a personable, experienced call center agent professional for our clients. In this role, you will provide expert advice and information to our client's potential customers regarding a variety of products and Utility services by their company (our clients).
- (Customer Service Representative) works with clients who have complaints, update, or asking information about billing services liked electricity, water or internet. They also provide solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the customers' needs at each step of the process.
- Duties and Responsibilities Consistently make a good first impression when calling customer and answer all customer questions honestly and accurately, make sure you provide information regarding service in an engaging manner and process the request of customer quickly and accurately to meet company expectations for excellent customer service.

Qualifications:
- College Graduate (4YRS Course in Any Field) |* Associate Graduate | College Undergrad. | College Level* or Complete at least 4 Semester in College.
- Must have 2 Year(s) Customer Service experience in BPO Industry (Specifically with Voice International account).
