Corpfix is a specialized logistics company focused on providing staffing services for companies in the USA. This position requires proactive, detail-oriented, and committed individuals that will speak over the phone and through emails to evaluate and solve problems.
Responsabilities and Duties:
- Book loads for assigned OTR Truck drivers.
- Track and trace loads.
- Upload paperwork in the TMS (POD / BOL).
- Maintain fluid communication with the drivers and customers
- Call vendors and warehouses to schedule delivery appointments.
Requirements:
- Fluent English (B2+ / C1)
- Proactive and willing to learn.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Experience as a Truck Dispatcher (Minimum 1 Year).
- Prior experience with Samsara is a plus.
