REQUIREMENTS

* MBA , MS or other advanced degree

* Female / Male : 25-35 years old

* Proven record of 3+ years of professional working experience and accomplishments in business development account management, department management or similar role.

* Excellent with ms.word, spreadsheet analysis, public presentations, and data management.

* Excellent at initiating, driving new business opportunities, negotiation and analytical skills regarding contractual, technical, and financial issues with partner

* Able to speak English fluently

* Own vehicle

* Available to work mobile (domestic & overseas)

* Work placement : Pakuwon City Surabaya (EAST JAVA)

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Serve regular contact points for developing and maintaining a business relationship, troubleshooting, and responding inquiries

* Explore opportunities, provide partnership proposal and negotiate on mutual benefits

* Analyze partnership effectiveness and obtain ways to optimize growth.

* Assist with the development of news strategy and advise on platform improvements of specific interest to news partners.

* Work cross-functionally with policy, legal, comms, marketing, product, finance, and sales.

* Increase department efficiency by raising the man power, reduce turn over, buildup and fill manpower vacancies in all branches

Salary: Rp4,500,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month
