Sip Song is a new Thai restaurant just opened in June 2019, located a few doors down from established beachside favorite Limewood, also owned and operated by Maximal Concepts.
Sip Song inspired by the beach culture of the Southern Thai coast and the food of Bangkok night markets, emphasis on the quality and flavor of ingredients presented in a rustic and honest way. Interiors are to be inspired by the easy-going kind of local eatery found along beaches and amongst night markets all over Thailand.

Responsibilities:
- Warmly greeting customers as they come to the restaurant and showing them to their table
- Professionally answering the telephone and emails related to guest inquiries
- Taking care of all the reservations made throughout the day via email, phone calls, in person reservations
- Reviewing all reservation lists prior to service to confirm bookings
- Database input
- Administrative duties
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Food & Beverage industry, less experience or qualification will also be considered
- Food and Beverage Knowledge
- Team player with positive attitude
- Fast learner and eagerness to progress career
- Flexible schedule
- Good command in spoken English
- HKID holder or eligible employment visa
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
