Job Role :
· Manage, empower, and support the respective Marine Services Managers and Teams to deliver against business objectives for sustainable business profit.
· Build strong working relationships with internal & external customers and stakeholders to win and retain business.
· Ensure suitable performance management strategies are in place to maximise Team delivery.

· Restructure and optimize the business where needed for profitability.
· Work with the respective Marine Services Managers to ensure fair and equitable management of employees throughout the regional organisation.
· Focus on the continuous improvement of marine services processes and procedures.
Job Requirement :
· 10+ years of experience in Marine Services Operations, with at least 4 years at a Managerial role, with suitable international operations experience in a shipping / port services environment.
· Experience with managing change programmes across dispersed entities, help to drive change in a matrix environment.
