Assistant training manager is a role to be responsible for GUCCI 2axis training course development, supporting training manager to manage program and headquarter administration management as well.
THE ROLE
In charge of GUCCI 2axis training course development:
Develop new product training course according to new product launching plan.
Design refresh training courses, especially hero products, according to actual business needs.
Train the trainer to make sure trainer well execute training in region.
Manage, track and report on new product training and refresh training execution effectiveness and results.
Track sales date of top and key stores and hero products, work with regional TR to make and execute follow up plan.
Support training manager to execute and manage training program in 2 axis counter:
Be responsible for training course development and user management in m-learning platform and WLB.
Support training manager to develop training course for senior BA, coach and trainer
Support training manager to cooperate with global team to launch global project in China including translation, local adaption, management process.
Be responsible for GUCCI 2axis training team administration.
In charge of GUCCI 2axis BA uniform ordering, delivering and management.
Be responsible of payment, such as PO, ariba, ect.
Help to search, order, deliver training material.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
We’d love to see candidates who have: Have MU skill and good fragrance knowledge. Have retail business sense. Experienced in training course development, TTT and execution. Solid coaching, training and communication skills. Workable English. Willing to embrace change, pro-active, ownership, passion for training.
