Key responsibilities:
- Welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring they feel valued and acknowledged. Escort them to their designated sales department.
- Assist clients in registering their arrival, obtaining necessary information, and ensuring all relevant forms or documents are completed accurately.
- Offer refreshments and snacks to guests, creating a hospitable atmosphere and attending to their comfort.
- Provide information about the company's products, services, and offerings to visitors, addressing their inquiries and guiding them to relevant resources.
