We are currently looking for a Senior Project Engineer / Aseptic to join our Engineering team.
Location: Karacabey, Bursa
Type of contract: Permanent
As Senior Project Engineer you will have the following responsibilities;
- Manage and / or perform the design, implementation and start-up phases of a major factory extension project process, packaging equipments on the manufacturing site, within the defined scope of resposibility or specialisation. Ensure that the objectives of the investment project charter, Early Management Methodologies are implemented and adhered to design specifications and Nestlé standards
- Support the End to End Project Manager and Project Engineering Manager in developing the investment project charter with spesific process, processing machinery Nestle standards, spesifications, budgets, timing plan, resources need for design, installation, commissioning and ensure that it is strictly followed throughout the project.
- Execute the basic and detailed design of the project based on Nestlé Corporate Business Principles, Nestlé standards, local regulations, the defined User Requirements Specifications and the TPM characteristics of a unit operation (safety, quality, affordability, maintainability, operability and reliability). Ensure by design the workers, and operators, safety during both the construction and the ongoing operation of the plant.
- Ensure that the engineering side of the project is implemented (e.g. buildings, equipment erections, piping, utilities, etc.) in accordance with the defined timing, cost and quality, the URS and the characteristics of a unit operation. And that all of the elements of the project (including technical people training, as needed) in performed in such a way that safety is always guaranteed on the whole project site and that a vertical start-up is assured. Select and qualify contractors and coordinate their activities. Ensure that Nestlé standards are applied.
- Support the start-up manager and their team to ensure a smooth transition to operations after the qualification and verification of the installation.
- Contribute and support the preparation and distributing the engineering project documentation, including the engineering part of the project final report and provide feedback to the Maintenance Prevention System.
Which profile are we looking for?
- Manufacturing projects management (”making it happen”): 5 years experience in an international project environment context within which, projects were defined and budgeted, assessed and implemented (entire project life cycle)
- Capital Investment projects budget management.
- Capital Investment projects time schedule management.
- Site management (contractor management, work permit management, etc)
Capital Investment projects management in aseptic processing area.- Stakeholder management
- Aseptic process knowledge
Determination of methods to minimise the likelihood of injuries or damages to people and/or equipment (SH&E)- Factory operations (as required)
- People development and management tools (including PDP, coaching, competences training)
- Participation in a MCIP and NGHE workshop and Factory Engineering College, Early Management Training
- Good communication skills in English
