Job Summary :
- We are seeking a mature and highly personable Female Fashion Model to join our team. This client-facing role requires exceptional customer service, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to meet diverse customer needs. The ideal candidate will be attractive, well groomed, friendly, and dedicated to providing an outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities :
1. Act as an Executive Assistant for senior management and the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service at all times.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique requirements and delivering personalized solutions.
3. Travel domestic/international along with senior management to meet business associates and for business development purposes.
4. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products/services to meet client needs and achieve customer targets.
5. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and developmental activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
2. Proven experience in a people-facing role, preferably in the fashion/hospitality industry.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
4. Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their goals. Flexibility to adapt to changing client demands and business priorities.
5. Attractive and friendly demeanor, presenting a professional image while engaging with clients.
