Job Description for US IT Recruiter :
· 1 -4 Years for Recruiter of Relevant Experience in Recruitment.
· Should have exp working on VMS and MSP.
· Must have End to End recruitment experience.
· Well-versed on Job Boards (Dice, Monster etc..).
· Understanding of all requirements as per the job description.
· Candidate must be an Individual contributor.
· Must-Have experience in Contract Staffing, FT (Contract or C2H).
· Good understanding of all of IT skills.
· Sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates as per client requirements.
· Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently.
· Managing full-lifecycle of recruitment (full-. time/permanent, contract) and hiring processes, sourcing (direct, indirect), pre-screening, interviewing, reference checking, offer negotiations and hiring documentation.
· Must have worked on permanent as well as contractual staffing.
· Utilize social media recruiting skills to market open positions, attract talent, and build online communities
· Effective Communication and Negotiation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
